Ordered curbside pickup directly off the Huddle House website. I was early so I waited in a parking spot close to the entrance. A few minutes go by after my order was supposed to be brought out, so i thought nothing of ot. A few more go by and I go ahead and call them and ask if my order was done. I gave them my name and asked if my food was taking longer than expected. They were immediatly defensive, claiming they do not serve curbside pickup and even going on to say that there were no orders called in. I responded with the fact that I ordered directly from their site, which claimed curbside pickup. They proceeded to get rude, again claiming they dont do curbside pickup. I asked them to please at least check my name for an order. Suddenly there was an order for me, which she rudely proclaimed she would bring out to me. I waited in my vehicle as I watched her walk outside and stare at me, throw her hand up and go to walk back in. I had to yell Ma'am to get her to bring the food over. As she handed me the food, she began to repeat again that they never do curbside pickup and I shouldve called them because this is a favor that you have to ask for on the phone. I looked at the receipt and showed her on it where it stated the make, model, and color of my vehicle as well as the fact it stated pickup. She huffed and said well we dont do that and walked back inside. As I headed out of the parking lot, there was a sign posted outside the door to go in, clearly stating the fact they have online ordering for curbside and walk i pickup.
I choose not to return to this establishment. Not only because of the rudeness I was on the receiving end of, but the fact that when I received the food, it was cold, fries unsalted, food prepared wrong. I recommend that others dont waste their time here, and instead head a few more miles down the road to Ihop.

Read moreMy mother has been wanting to try Huddle House, so we went there this morning for breakfast. She asked about the coffee, and the waitress responded that the coffee was just made & it's really strong. My mom then said, "Great, that's how I like it!". When the waitress came back around, she asked my mom if she wanted a refill. There was only a sip gone from the coffee, and my mom said "no thank you." The waitress asked how it was, and my mother responded, "Not good." The waitress then walked away, and we could clearly hear her walk in the kitchen and complain about my mom's opinion on the coffee. We paid the bill, and my mom was going over the receipt when the waitress came over and asked if everything was ok. My mom said she was just going over the bill. The waitress then walked away and complained about what my mom said to a customer about the coffee. Besides my eggs being runny and gooey, being charged almost $4 for adding strawberries to just get a teaspoon worth, waiting on sausage that was supposed to come with my meal (came out at the end of my meal).....but the waitress complaining about a customer topped it off! We'll never go back to this location! Work on your customer service skills. People don't want to spend their hard earned money on what we got...
Read moreI am a regular guest at huddle house but my last visit 3/8/25 was the worst. You have new workers didn't know what they were doing. Walking around just like they were lost but mean while Michelle were on top of her game doing their work and hers as well. Several people with to go orders walked out because either no one checked on them or they waited too long for their order. Other sitting customers walked out because no one went to their table to take their order. One by the name of Brianna has a really nasty attitude and she really doesn't need to be working with the public. Since new management took over, huddle house has not been going so well and if it keeps up, I am sorry to say they will not be in business much longer. There are a couple of more waitress that has been with huddle house for a while are very good right along with Michelle. I really enjoy their service but they were not at work on this certain day.
