My trip to the North jetty was simply amazing today. Normally at this time a year, it is raining. We came up for the Irish music festival, and while it's normally raining at this time of year, it is, today, glorious sunshine. My son and I ran to the North jedi and captured these wonderful sunset shots. The weather was so balmy, I just enjoyed every moment I was there. If anyone gets a chance to visit Ocean Shores run to the North jedi and experience the beauty of this little jetty it is nothing but pure transcendent joy. You can feel nothing but a calmness and peacefulness that surrounds and pervades your very being. I felt at 1 with the world and peace, joy, and harmony, fill me up to the top and my cup felt running over. Go to this place. No trash is strewn about as is in many other places. There are few people to bother you. We met one man that actually lives not far from us and he was friendly. But we soon parted from him, and took our solitude to enjoy the rest of the scenery. And enjoyed the beauty of the open air, salty senses, and became one with nature. You too can experience this if you come to Ocean Shores and go to the North jetty--walk out on the sand, and just stop, stand still, and just listen, feel, let yourself enjoy. God-bless...
