We stopped in at Christmas... We were unable to experience the trolls hidden throughout the woods... A lot of things were trying to bloom due to the spring lake weather... We enjoyed a nice walk around the park as well as spending some time down by the water, the little Miami was much higher than it has been... Beautiful land can't wait to experience it this spring and summer for some photo shoots!! Definitely enjoyed this spring like Christmas! We can't wait to experience it in all seasons!

Most of the park is forest with some very large trees. The summer flowers are limited due to the extensive shade which is nice for blocking out the hot summer sun. The paths are well kept and are "one way" to minimize any impacts due to COVID-19. We enjoyed our walk and enjoyed reading the signs about the garden and its trees. The Aullwood house is also interesting, but it is not open to the public. There is a boat ramp for the Stillwater River next to the park parking lot.

What a beautiful garden park! I think this is better seen and visited during Spring when the undergrowth plants/flowers are in full bloom. It’s a free park and I love how peaceful it is. Update: This Aullwood Garden MetroPark does not have the trolls. This is a FREE park! The wooded trolls are located in another park nearby, which is the Aullwood Audubon. That park has an entrance FEE.

Great short walk with Covid-19 in mind one-way signs posted. Early spring blooms with the Stillwater River and creekside pathways was relaxing with our 6yo son. No pets allowed according to all the signs posted however that didn't stop a number of groups. Englewood park side permits pets on leashes. I'm sure we will bring ours next time for a nice walk there.

We came and visited Allwood Park and we were not disappointed at all. This is a beautiful park. The Trolls are a must see! Great place to spend time with the family. Pack a lunch and visit today. They have a barn that has animals and activities. Your children will love it. If no children still a must, so many trails and sights to see.

Beautiful place for either a short or long walk in the woods, we parked at the lower area without the troll trails but it was just as beautiful views. It's a bit hilly for those wanting to take strollers or wheelchairs but not terrible for most walkers, and could be done at a push, although I wouldn't want to.
