Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Englewood

My first and last time going to this establishment. Order boneless tenders side and biscuits drive 30 minutes to my disabled parents house and opened the food and had bone in chicken and fries my parents and my young children couldn't eat this. I called and my name was written down when I was driving by the area again the next day I stopped by to get the correct order I was told if I didn't have the food or receipt they couldn't replace the food. The women through the drive thru was very rude laughing and claimed she was the manager. She said the General manager is here and says we need a proof of purchase and I said well I used my debit card and I can show you the draft on my account..she chuckled and said hat wouldn't work. I met the GM at the window and he was all but 20 years old I believe they both were impersonating management. spent 50 dollars on food I couldn't eat and was refused a refund? Also Everytime I driven by there unsafe looking people are loitering and today what appeared to be a homeless druggie sitting by the entrance with all her belongings. I've been short on a purchased three piece meal only to get two piece.

I've been given mild chicken when I ordered spicy.

Sometime the spicy chicken when aquired is spicy on the high side, than next time it like not all that spicy.

KFC on thrid st & gettusburg in dayton along with KFC IN SPRINGFIELD Ohio on highway 72 north of I70 has a better spicy chicken that has been satisfactory to date.

Lee's chicken spicy chicken is a hit or miss as well.

I heard BOJANGLES is coming to the area, Now that really great

BOJANGLES has a great sides, real Cajun rice, red beans & rice, seasoned steak fries, mash taters with white gravy. Biscuits of all kinds, blueberry, Strawberry, cinomin twists Awesome breakfast menu

Popeyes has come short for standards.

I like popeyes alot, just realy tired of getting jeap on my order.

Granted they offer a free meal.

Was told to pull around and ended up waiting 15 minutes for fries. Had to actually walk into the facility to get my food, was handed an order that wasn’t even mine. Drove back so they could correct the order and this time they missed over $10 worth of food!!!! How do you not double check an order when you know you’ve already messed up?? Maybe a pre requisite should be whether or not the employees know how to read an order or not. Theres no excuse for getting it wrong for a second time, especially after waiting over 30 minutes collectively for food. I called their store multiple times before just calling popeyes customer service headquarters. We’re hoping to be compensated for the $10 of missing food but my husband was so turned off by the experience that he doesn’t ever want to go back.
