Proper DH park. Most of the locals are riding ebikes to hit laps when the shuttle is not running. Gifted to me by trail karma was 3 seemingly locals on regular trail bikes who gave me the key to unlock the new beginner line for slim shady. According to my trail fairies the shuttle runs on Saturday only. It seems to be a truck and trailer of some sort. This new trail is a proper machine cut entry level downhill jump trail and is designed to mirror slim shady. At the moment they have built a 180 degree berm, roller, long and low, step down, step up, right hand hip, convex left, on and off, roller⊠all rollable. To clear the line youâll be hitting 10 ft plus jumps @ 20 plus mph. This park is showing prospect to be a center of development for professional caliber mountain bike riders. Shout out to Craig, Brett, Alex for unlocking transfers from the new line to slim shady and the new line to Jurassic. Dubbing them trail fairies gifted to me when they spoke of riding all three...

There are basically 2 sides to this gravity mountain bike park. One side has about 3 easy green trails, a medium blue trail and I think 2 hard black trails. There is no shuttle service on this side. I spent the majority of my day over here on an E-bike and had a blast. Even the green trails have jumps that you can roll if jumping isn't your thing. I didn't ride the black trails.
The other side of the park has one medium blue trail that is a fair bit more challenging than the blue on the other side and many black trails that I didn't ride. The blue was pretty fun. I wish I would have had the time to get better on that line.
Overall, a great park to improve your MTB skills or test the skills you've...
Read moreHorns hill is a beautiful place to go, and always has so very much to do when you visit!!! There are places for children to play, and cookout. There are trails, and paths to explore. It's a great place to bring your family for some fun. I would go every single day if I could. The park has so much to do that I don't think I even have room for it in my review!!! I will try to come back to this later with some pictures of this beautiful place. It's just so very full of trees, and, insects, and animals. There might be a few older buildings around that were never torn down that I personally enjoy exploring. I hope they haven't gotten...
