Vibe City — Local services in Newark

Just a weird atmosphere. Rude. And u can’t shop around without being followed or watched. Just not a good experience every time I go here. Probably have the best selection in Newark too but I won’t be back. I bought like 4 vapes and then decided to go in the back and look around and before I did I grabbed smoking papers sand gave them to the cashier and told him I’ll pay when I’m done. I got followed the whole time in the back by a girl she was just rude and on my ass for no reason. I just stopped looking and went to the register and she yelled fo u need something. And I told her like I’m good I’m already takeing care of. Then by that point I just wanted out of there. I had the dude who had my papers who was with another customer I called over to have him hand my papers to the rude women and I payed and left. Also told her like this is a bad experience here. It’s to much. It’s not pleasant at all. I wanna come In look around and spend money not be hassled followed and treated like that or a thief...

There are smoke shops and vape shops on every corner these days. Often shady, dirty, hole in the wall establishments with overpriced products.

This place stands apart from the rest.

The exterior and interior of the building are nothing short of artwork. The sales floor is clean and product is stocked and organized extremely well. No dust, no dirty glass. That’s an impressive feat from a smoke shop.

The selection is amazing. Prices are very reasonable. Every one of the staff members are chill, down to earth folks with great personalities. Their cash back reward system is absolutely second to none.

Did I mention they have a drive-thru? Oh yeah, they also deliver locally. What else could you ask for!?

This is the first smoke shop I walked into in Newark, Ohio. It will also be the last smoke shop I walk into in Newark, Ohio. No one is topping this clever business model and awesome...

I am a regular customer at Vibe City since they opened. And Coming from someone who travels all across Ohio for my daily job. I have got to say it is hands down the best smoke shop surrounding 50 miles of its location.. if not all of Ohio. As far as the business itself, Vibe City is an extremely organized atmosphere with the best vibes imaginable from all the staffed employees. Which brings me to their outstanding knowledge about all stocked products, and amazing customer service.
