Thus is a great place to visit for a family picnic, fishing, mild hiking, and learn about some history. Is a very short walk to the Ludwig mill. Very neat place to visit. Especially if the blacksmith is there. She is very good and interesting to talk with. And you can't forget to check out the old canal. Im not sure of the days and times, but you can still get a ride on the canal boat that is pulled by horses.

We love this place. It is the best place to enjoy sunset in the evening. The wind blow so hard. Wear your warm clothes to make your body feeling comfortable. The fall color was just so amazing there. I already miss the summer time where we can enjoy the park more.

Water was quite low the day we were there. Nice park to visit learn about the dam and why it was built. Also a short walk from the dam is the Ludwig Mill downstream a working mill and a canal boat

We love this place. It is the best place to enjoy sunset in the evening. The wind blow so hard. Wear your warm clothes to make your body feeling comfortable. The fall color was just so amazing there. I already miss the summer time where we can enjoy the park more.

Water was quite low the day we were there. Nice park to visit learn about the dam and why it was built. Also a short walk from the dam is the Ludwig Mill downstream a working mill and a canal boat

I got married at the dam shelter, very cheap location tbh but it was beautiful. Great view of the river behind us and a gorgeous park. If you like fishing this is a great spot, walkable waters and you can catch all kinds of fish. Plenty of channel and blue cat, various bass specials, even some...
