Editing my 5 star review and changing it to 1 my explanation is below.
I was super nice to staff always tipping on good days I would take 200 turn it into 20s and give it to every employee who could recieve tips i was nominated for black card holder at this casino, a privilege reserved for only 20 players. However, shortly after, I was accused of breaking RICO laws, had my black card revoked, and was demoted to the lowest player level. I lost benefits like free play and hotel rooms, which I had earned through significant losses, including days where I lost over $10,000+. I was later banned for allegedly having a messy hotel room, despite having lost $60,000 at the casino in the preceding days and receiving my deposit back clearly, indicating the room had passed inspection. The casino initially couldn't provide a reason for the ban, and 2 weeks later, when they did, they couldn't provide evidence or explain the inconsistency with returning my deposit or tell me for how long I was banned i was told to talk to my host who never answered any of my calls anymore and iy took another two weeks to learn it was for a year from security over the phone.
Prior to losing the black card and getting banned, my host came up to me in front of my friends and told me I was being accused of throwing muffins, and im not making this up! I got irritated with her because she should have checked the cameras instead of approaching me with this absurd accusation, and I told her that. she just staired at me blanky and said okay I then asked her to go check the cameras and see for her self and that who ever tried to get me in trouble with this false accusation should be the ones talked to instead of me. A week went by i asked her if she checked and she said no witch again is irritating that she couldn't find the time to look into the issue but found time to accuse me in front of my friends. After this, all the issues started, and every time she walked by me, she wouldn't even look at me.
Great casino high Rtp good selection of games. However, there is an issue with some staff members abusing their powers for their...
Read moreI wasn't sure what to think of this buffet because it's in a smaller casino by the TX/OK border but we were hungry and I wanted a buffet so we gave it a try.
Every day except for Mondays, they have a food special in the buffet for everyone. On Mondays, they allow tribal elders to eat for free.
I think dinner is $13/adults and it was worth every penny!! The staff is so nice and welcoming and our table was bussed within 5-10 min of our plates being empty. What service!! You don't even get that at some 4 star restaurants.
The buffet area and seating were super clean. The chairs weren't worn down and everything was dusted from floor to ceiling. Even the beaded lampshade above us was free of dust!!
I am used to casino buffets in Blackhawk, CO and Las Vegas, NV so this was a little smaller, but the quality of food was on par with those larger casinos.
I had the beef goulash soup that I went and got thirds of. The carving station had a top sirloin, I believe and they even had rare cuts!! I'm winning at this point. You could have made a taco with all the fixings on fry bread, which I sadly did not partake in because I ran out of stomach real estate eating other yummy dishes. They had popcorn shrimp, fired cod, and another fried fish, which were all delicious and you could tell they were freshly made within the quarter hour.
Usually, food is salty to me on buffets because it has to feed the masses and many people have a higher tolerance for salt, but this food was so flavorful and not super salty.
The salad bar is your typical salad bar so if you're into healthier options, you had options.
Now, let's talk about dessert...everything I ate was amazing and the portions were smaller so that you could try them all without wasting food. If the dessert has whipped cream on it, you can bet that the whipped cream is...
Read moreAlways a great time! I mean some days/nights are better than others, depends on how much I've lost or won, lol. I mean what can I say? I love this place. I recommend bringing your i.d to get 10$ freeplay from Kiowas Reward Club. With every swipe, spin and win you'll start racking up points and next thing you know ur graduating to a better tier with better rewards. If you become a loyal customer, maybe even a weekend warrior, they will reward your time and loyalty with extra freeplay. Like for right now, I get an extra 5$ a week, which I'm stoked about. Also, they do card you at the door, so don't get mad when security asks for it before you enter the casino, bc I warned you ahead of time. Plus, you never know when it's ur turn to win that jackpot, you'll need an i.d to claim that as well. At this casino there's always raffles, sum kind of hot seat theme, promotions going on, designed to give Kiowa players rewards as in cash/points for the casino. Let's not forget the yummy drinks and food!! There's constant drink/food specials. ATM on site, there's also machines that cash in ur vouchers to one lump dollar sum, and they even have machines that break bills on site. Kiowa also has a hotel attached to it. I personally haven't stayed there yet, but it looks luxurious. They have many different varieties of slots, and casino games. This place is big and very well lit. I've never seen the casino or its restrooms dirty. There's a free soda pop fountain/bar where u can get sweet tea and coffee as well. And for all you smokers, they do have a designated spot for ppl to smoke and play. They are open 24 hrs, handicap/wheelchair accessible. I hope you enjoy the bright lights, loud bells and buzzers and the hope of striking it big, as...
