I have been to every casino in the state of Oklahoma, big and small, most of them at least twice, and One Fire in Okmulgee offers the least fun, accompanied by aggressive, offensive outright disrespectful staff, all wrapped up into one big broken, duct tape patched ugly little package. The games are, from my experience, some of the lowest paying in the state, but I can handle losing some money. It is the petty, offensive and disrespectful staff that will leave an awful taste in your mouth. One example(this particular occurrence happened to me and I know at least two others, only minor details differ), I had been there between 1 and 2 hours, lost all my money(190 dollars, but who's counting😭), and so I was trying to call for a ride, and noticed my phone had died. So l walked into the 100% EMPTY bar area, sat at a booth and plugged my phone in the outlet on the wall under the table. Completely out of the way, hardly a distraction or bother, but in less than a minute (didn't have enough of a charge to power the phone on yet)was approached by an aggressive bully of a staff member and informed I was not allowed to use their outlets, and that if I was no longer actively playing, I had to leave, as they do not allow loitering at the casino. I was like, I literally just lost almost 200 dollars here, doesn't that pay for 5 minutes electricity? No. So you're making me walk, from a casino on a highway, at 2 am, 10 miles from home, rather than let me charge my phone for 5 minutes and call a ride? Yes. I walked on the highway a mile or so to a hotel that was employed by decent human beings that let me use an outlet for 10 minutes and called a ride. How petty can you be? What good does that do for your casino? What kind of rule is that? Why do they even have outlets in the dining area if nobody can use them? No idea. All I know is, be careful if you go to one fire. And be ready to be bullied and disrespected and treated like less than a human being. Nobody should ever go here. And the person who hires people there should be fired, or arrested, or shot. Maybe not...

Read moreIn the process of remodeling one set of restrooms and the front of the casino. The restrooms close to the concession has one restroom with bars for.handicapped people. It is not big enough for a wheelchair. It is very dangerous if the person cannot walk. About 3 women (housekeepers) were very attentive to me and helped me very good. They were truly a jewel. The machines were horrible. Spent several dollars trying to get them to hit. There is parking for handicapped and not a problem to get into. The doors open wide enough for the electric carts to enter. The restraint has good food, with daily specials. On the weekends is cheeseburger basket which is very reasonable. There are out houses in the front of the casino The employees are very friendly and good. There is a players club and cashier in this casino. Nice clean casino. Have taken out their red ball machines which I hate very much. They are one of my favorite machines. The manager on duty is a hateful man. I will go back but not any time soon. Have got to see how the construction turns out. I have found out the travel plaza is part...
