Atlantic Pottery Supply Inc — Attraction in Orange Park

Under new ownership since around May 2019. Stopped in to check out their selection of hand building tools that I saw on their website. Turns out the website is currently incorrect and they are trying to rectify the problem. If you're looking for something specific, you probably want to call them directly to see if they have it in store. The two people working were helpful. They're willing to order items for you and are interested in feedback on how they can improve their selection. Follow the directions on their website, the door to the business is in the back of a strip mall and could be difficult to find if just relying on GPS directions. They look like they've had some cool workshops, based on their Instagram posts (@atlanticpotterysupply). I hope they keep growing...

We use Atlantic Pottery for our Kiln repairs. We have a large Pottery club at our Del Webb HOA clubhouse. Our club members work very hard and they count on our Kiln to work at it's peak performance. Every time I have ever reached out to Atlantic Pottery it has been at a crucial time for our club members. AP has never let us down. The owner Kathy and her staff really understand what great customer service is. I wish I could name all of the wonderful staff that has helped us, but the most recent was Paul. Me and my boyfriend had a 1 on 1 pottery session, with an employee. I forgot her name but she was British. She was really kind and we enjoyed the attention and learning lesson on the potters wheel. The only think i would complain about it she made us clean our wheel. And i see how this doesn't seem like a big deal. But if we’re paying close to $200 dollars you would think cleaning up would be something that’s taken care of. It was odd but we did it anyways. I’m not going to spend $200 on dinner if the staff is going to take me back into the kitchen to wash my dishes. I didn’t sign up for that. It was awkward to do so and with paying that much it should be looked into changing...
