It took me a while to convince myself to post this because I’m not one to give a company a bad review but I feel the need to do this to inform other customers looking to order furniture from this company:

The shop is beautiful. A winery. A gun shop. The Barn. Bands on the weekend. Food trucks.

The problem started back in March. A visit to the shop to order a customized kitchen table and chair set made by the Amish. Order time 6-8 weeks. Ok that’s 2 months top. Week 8 is here with no communication as to where my set is at this time. I called. Amish are having circumstances beyond their control. Give them more time. 10-12 weeks. No communication. I called. Amish still having circumstances beyond their control need more time. Any chance I’ll have it by the end of June?? Yes definitely they’re filling our orders now. Ok end of June. No call. I call again. What’s going on??? Driver didn’t go pick up. Next week I was told. Not once has anyone communicated with me first. I have always reached out to them. Now into July….4 months later. No communication. I called. Where’s my table??? Sorry we’re so busy here!!! My driver didn’t go pick up. We need more time. WHAT!!!! Is my table even ordered at this point? I’m going to cancel my order. Talked with Donna……It’s on its way. Told her I’m on vacation July 25 and 28th. She told me it would definitely be delivered to my house either of those days free of charge as a thank you for waiting. She would call. Yea right….. NO CALL…NO SHOW….NO TABLE AND CHAIRS. Luckily my bank gave me our deposit back. I have not heard a word from them to this day…….guess they’re too busy...

Ordered a dining room table and chairs on 1/17/2025. Was told it takes 6-8 weeks “sometimes less” for the custom piece to come in. On 7/26/25 I still did not have my furniture. Every week I was met with different excuses as to why it wasn’t in yet. I have shopped with this store in the past and wanted to support small business. I have never been so disappointed with a business. I finally had to reach out to the better business bureau as well as filed a dispute with my CC company to get my money back as they would not refund me due to my order “already in the process of being made”, which was not accurate. If you order a custom piece, I hope you have better luck than I did. I have been without a table/chairs for months and now I have to start the process all over again...

It's the simple things for me. Great customer service! Beautiful atmosphere! Reasonably priced for quality handcrafted country style furniture, odd jewelry, organic lotions/scrubs, deodorants/soaps, smell goods, a small section of shirts and bags, even some odd and ends for your pets to decorative plants and signs, towels, curtains etc. They have a wonderful collection in their shop. I highly recommend this place, even if you are just passing through. Definitely a place of peace. I posted a few photos of my favorites that I bought from them and sections I favored.
