Great hike, but don't expect dirt trails.. After an easy walk to Emerald Falls, you have to traverse over fallen logs, climb over some rocks, cross the creek a time or two, and then you arrive, but what a fun trek it is. Trail starts on the left, but looks like a landslide or two, so you have to cross to the right side, and then eventually back to the left. I almost made it all the way there by going up the hill on the left side and back down. I could see the falls but couldn't quit make it.
