I came here for peak to peak restaurant. I have been multiple times before, the food and service has always been great up until this experience. I will say it was busy being a Friday at 6 pm, so I understand wait times.

We ordered 2 pasta dishes with meat on the side for one because the person having that dish was vegetarian and we were planning to just add it to the other one (the meat was an add on you can get). I also let the server know if it wasn’t possible to just to skip the meat no biggie. We ordered two salads no cucumbers as well.

Then we waited. About 45 minutes passed before the side salads came out (with cucumber). We picked them off because mistakes happen and it wasn’t a big deal. The salads were finished within 15 minutes and no sign of our pastas. Another 10 and the server let us know they were running behind, again no big deal because it was busy.

Roughly an hour and a half after we ordered our food arrived (cold) chicken atop both plates. I politely asked for one to be remade without chicken we could wait. The server snapped that the kitchen had been too busy to put it on the side rolled her eyes and walked off only to reappear in under two minutes with the same plate, chicken picked out.

Needless to say the vegetarian I was with was highly uncomfortable eating the dish and did not take but a few bites. When we received the check we were charged for both plates to have a chicken upgrade (which I had her take off). No offers to make it right or even a sorry. To say the least I am...

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Loose slots. Free drinks. Fantastic Restaurant with superb menu. Great cafe and deli. Plus a gift shop.

Sign up for the players club and receive 2 dollars in free play plus a variety of coupons for the restaurant, rv parking, coffee and more.

The Sleep hotel is very nice and clean, offering a complimentary breakfast, helpful and friendly staff.

Dry-docking for RVs available for $25 a night. 3 night maximum stay.

Also visit the Travel Center (truck stop) where you will meet the friendliest staff in this part of Oregon. The Crater Lake Junction Travel Center is very clean and host a wide variety of amenities.

Visit Champs Chicken, Blu Tacos, and Hanger 54 Pizza grab yourself a fountain drink or hit the coffee bar. You can even make yourself a flurry or shake. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Need something for your vehicle? No problem this place has you covered with a full automotive section.

Just traveling through? Get yourself a Oregon souvenir, or grab a Kla-Mo-Ya native themed gift for friends and family.

Other amenities include wonderful hot showers, and a comprehensive laundry facility. Free Wi-Fi and and comfy lounge with a big screen TV and roku.

These locations share parking area's and also host 2 dog parks.

We stayed at the hotel next to this casino and came to the restaurant here for dinner.

Pros: • The waitstaff was very kind and helpful. • The food was mostly okay. Some dishes were very good and some were really not. I think at least one person in my party had a burger they enjoyed. • The interior was mobility scooter friendly. I didn’t use the bathroom so I can’t speak to that part.

Cons: • The pasta was very underwhelming. I don’t recommend it. • This wouldn’t be a con for everyone, but for anyone with kids: Kids can’t walk alone between the entrance of the establishment and the restaurant. My 15-year-old needed to go back to the truck for something and we had to escort her both ways. It isn’t a huge deal, but I’m mentioning it in case it’s useful info for anyone else. • The price was too high given the quality of the food, but I understand part of that is location as well. • If you’re staying in the hotel, it is a large parking lot you need to cross to get to the casino and restaurant. I use a mobility scooter and the cracks in the pavement were at times deep enough to be difficult to navigate. Again, I know this won’t impact many people, but I mention it in case it’s helpful to someone.

Overall, if I were in the area again and had no other choice I would eat here. But if there were other options, I’d look into...

I have passed this Casino for years and never stopped in, so we decided to check it out while we were staying close by. We entered the building and it looks larger than it is. It is a cute little tribal casino, they have mirrors on the walls on either end giving the illusion that it is larger than it is, very smart to do that. The gaming floor consists of about 270ish machines. We signed up for club cards - they have a great program. New players get $5 freeway & $5 food voucher, however you can earn additional freeplay by how many points you earn. So if you earn 200 points when you first sign up you end up with an additional $50 in freeplay. Though the casinon was small it kept us entertained for hours. It reminds me of our original casino back home before the expansion. Their staff was friendly and you could tell they had made relationships with the patrons, being a smaller casino they didnt have a massive amount of staff but there were people floating around. We dined in their restaurants on the weekend after hours menu. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed the time we were here and im glad we were able to check it out.

So this restaurant really is a 5 star experience. The food is amazingly delicious and perfect in every way. I was afraid of this place smelling like smoke but there is no smoking in the casino so there was no smoke smell in the restaurant either. I had the fish and chips. My wife had the Swiss mushroom burger and of course we shared with each other. I was super surprised that the food was cooked perfectly! The bun perfectly toasted and was built with fresh red onion, tomato, lettuce (not wilted) and just perfect! The fish was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The tarter sauce was the best I’ve had, I think it’s homemade. Tipping is not a city in China. Tipping is a gracious way to express your appreciation for the servers and other restaurant staff. Please bring cash to leave them a FAT tip. They are very deserving!! We will return!!

Having been to every casino in Oregon (except Spirit Mountain) and Northern California, I can honestly say this is the worst in every department. I still recommend everyone visit but only if you have experience in other establishments to compare with. If you're wanting a good first experience then you should go ANYWHERE else (personal recommendations would be 7feathers or if you're headed south then Rain Rock). Totally worth the drive, you'll have a better time hands down. I'm sure there was probably a sign I missed, but know that recording your wins is prohibited and if you are seen on your phone at all you will be followed around and eventually asked to leave. After the very rude interaction with security for me recording my win I left. Enjoy my video, but don't record your own or you're asking for a bad experience.
