If you are a rock hound, this is as close to paradise as it gets. Lots of cobbles and gravel on the beach. I didn't find any agates here whatsoever. The Jasper's are beautiful and there were many rocks that I had never seen before like that. Sandstones that look like someone painted them, rocks and pebbles or every color and description. I brought a ton of them home for the collection and the garden. Park here and walk 1/4 mile north to Big Creek. There's lots of rocks here that can masquerade as agates under the water until you pull them out. Just a warning. I got pretty frustrated after awhile and just quit looking for agates and instead focused on some of the bizarre expressions of jasper.
