We love this place but this time round in August 2018 we could only stay one night as all 6 of us was bitten by bugs none stop!!!! Like constantly!! We used good spray repellent but nothing worked so we packed up and all mutually agreed to leave. We camped at the coast the previous week with zero bug issues! We could see horse flies trying to bite us and what we think was large adult fleas... Beautiful place but no thanks after that!

It is definitely not lost! Everyone knows where it is, and parking backed up almost to the hiway. To say that there is beach would be stretching my imagination just a little. And climbing down the hill to the edge of the water was not on my list of things to look forward to, or the clime back up carrying all my picnic stuff either.
