I wish there is no star to give this dentist when I first went to him to put a Denture. I was approved to the insurance to get a full Denture bottom and top so when he first told me he said on the bottom you have three teeth, he said you wanna pull them out? I said no I wanna keep them. Thatās the only thing I left from God in my mouth originally I said I need a top and do me the bottom with the three teeth still in my mouth, he said OK so I went three times to fit in and whatever he did, but when I went Right away inside the room has assistant brought me a paper to sign so I signed it. I trusted them. You know you cannot not trust a doctor. anyway, so when they try to fit the Denture on the top it was loose. That wasnāt the final step anyway so I was telling the dentist itās loose. He said it was not gonna be loose. Maybe itās gonna be loose. It depends depends on what I donāt even know so I asked assistant assistant said sometimes people use glue sometimes people donāt use glue so I told her I donāt wanna use glue you know so they told me this is the almost a final step when I left? I forgot to ask about the bottom Denture so I called the office back and the lady said that he was only doing the the top Denture side thatās it. I ask why not the bottom and she said because you have three teeth in the bottom and Iām supposed to have full denture top and bottom and I told her the first time I went to see this doctor I told him if itās not both top and bottom, I donāt wanna do the job even though the Insurance is paying . anyway, people please when you go to see this doctor make sure you read papers before you sign them donāt be like me. I was rushing. I was stupid not to read it. Itās my fault. I was just washing. I had to go home and eat. Take my insulin shot anyway, Iām calling the insurance company to cancel and Iām calling BBB to report them. It was a deer when I first saw him. He was supposed to do both...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I partially blame myself I should have known from the first visit that this place wasnāt a good place for an extraction. There are humidifiers in each room. Which attempts to cover the mildew smell. But I hate to say thatās not even why they get 0 stars!
I went in for 2 extractions which took the dentist 2 weeks to even submit a referral. After the referral was approved I went in for the extraction. I made a 8:** appointment but didnāt even get called until 12pm. So I had to reschedule. Still not why I give 0 stars.
My next appointment I cleared my day, asked my husband to take off, and came prepared for 2 extractions. I went back into the room. I let the dentist know that I am extremely hard to numb. (Told him this at my last appointment too). I do admit he gave me about 4 shots for 2 teeth on separate sides ( past dentist used 3-4 for 1 area in the past on me). I kept telling him I could feel it. He kept touching the numb spots on the outside of my mouth. Of course I couldnāt feel that. Then he proceeded to hammer at my teeth again. I tell him I CAN FEEL THAT! So he gets into a huge argument with me about what I can and canāt feel. Asks me to open my mouth, and hammers again. After 2 good pounds, He then tells me he canāt pull the tooth. I gladly got up⦠in tears. I was pissed because he should have known from the first hammer & my yelp in pain, that he couldnāt pull it and wrote a referral to a surgeon! But heās rude. Always has slick comments. He got an attitude on several occasions & He feels that he can say whatever he wants. I got my referral directly thru my Insurance company because he wouldnāt do an emergency one. The representative said I had to wait until he does his referrals āon Fridaysā. Iāll also be Changing to another dentist. This one is so ghetto. Iām already scheduled for an emergency surgery⦠this dentist could care less. He doesnāt give 2fcks about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis dental practice is an absolute nightmare. I should have known something was wrong when the dentist convinced me to switch from my original dentist, where I was only supposed to get a second opinion.
This dentist is either incompetent or simply doesn't care about his patients. He completely ignored the problem tooth I initially came to have fixed. Instead, he decided to replace my perfectly fine composite fillings with amalgam fillings, which contain mercury. This was a massive oversight, especially since I have a medical diagnosis of episodic migraines, and mercury exposure is a known trigger.
Because he never addressed the original issue, the problem with my tooth has only gotten worse. Now, it's deteriorated to the point where a simple filling won't fix it. To add insult to injury, he misinformed me about my insurance coverage for crowns, and now the practice is ignoring both me and my insurance company. I've filed grievances and my insurance company has tried to contact them, but they refuse to respond.
Thanks to his negligence, I've been suffering from increased migraines, tooth sensitivity, and unnecessary medical expenses. I've undergone countless tests and tried various medications to control/ maintain my migraines which were suddenly so much worse.
Now, I must have those mercury fillings removed, which will further damage my teeth. It's infuriating because when he originally removed the composite fillings, he damaged my teeth then, too. I remember telling him I was in pain, and he dismissed me, saying it was just pressure. when in fact removing perfectly fine fillings can make the tooth more like to CRACK OR FRACTURE IN THE FUTURE!!
I'm not going to let this go. This dentist's negligence has caused me significant pain, suffering, and financial burden. I will continue to report him and pursue all available avenues to hold him accountable for...
