Avoid at All Costs! I had an absolutely horrendous experience. I brought my car in for a simple brake repair, and what I got instead was a nightmare.

First, they quoted me an ridiculous price, but I was desperate to get my car fixed quickly. After agreeing, they assured me the repairs would be completed in two days. However, two days turned into a week, and then two weeks. Every time I called for an update, I was given a different excuse – from waiting on parts to claiming they were short-staffed.

After three weeks, I decided to visit the shop in person. To my shock, my car was still in the same spot I had left it, completely untouched. The manager, Adam, had the audacity to say they needed more money to "order special parts," despite already having taken a significant amount from me upfront.

I demanded to see what work had been done, and it quickly became evident that they had done nothing but let my car gather dust. I requested my money back, but they refused, citing some shady "policy" that wasn't mentioned anywhere during our initial agreement.

To make matters worse, they wouldn't even release my car back to me unless I paid additional fees for "storage." It has now been over a month, and my car is still being held hostage at this shop. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau and am considering legal action.

Save yourself the headache and financial loss – avoid this place...

They took 10k “to fix my car” and all I got back was a mess. Paint job was done terribly. Damage from the accident was barely fixed. There was a ton of paint left over all parts of the car. My car was held there for 3 months with the same experience as many others on these reviews seem to share. Told they were waiting for parts or something was not working at the moment. “Next week” “next week” was all I got when they decided to answer their phone. They bought cheap parts from eBay and for any body work just packed it with bondo. There were even missing parts to the car which they either decided to take off and not put back or who knows what. Best part is the paint is now falling off of the car and it’s only been a week. I had to show up to the shop in person for “the work” to be competed. I played stupid at the end of it all so I could just out of this place. Don’t ever bring your car here, unless you want to be robbed. I lost 10k of my money and now still have to get my car fix. Family-owned scam shop. They had my car for about four months. In the first week, they received money from the insurance company and spent all of it not for my car, which means they didn’t order any parts. The insurance company told me it was my problem with the shop. The owner was hiding from me every time I went to the shop. They received $12,000 from the insurance company but only spent $2,000 on parts, which they bought used from eBay, and never showed any invoices My advice: don’t work with these scammers and don’t trust them with your car. They caused more damage than the car accident.
