If you're looking for affordably priced food that tastes good, this is your place. If you're one who looks for a good atmosphere and stellar service, this is not it. The place is run down, and for the most part, service is quick and not very engaging. I eat here often due to working in the area, and Friday 9/1 was my first real negative experience. I called at about 1:50pm to order (4) boneless wings and fries meals, and when I went to pick up (only 10 min later) there was a semi blocking the pickup window, and a sign on the door saying they'd be closed every Friday from 2:15-3:30. I was there at 2, but the door was locked and I had to knock and motion that I had called them. There was a new employee at the counter, and when she rang up my order, I noted that the screen was charging me for 3/4lb gizzards meals, which I did not order. When I explained this, she got huffy, mumbling "Jesus" like I had inconvenienced her because she put my order in wrong. When she got it straightened out and I got my food, I politely said thank you and smiled, to which I received no reaction whatsoever. Read moreThe guy in the drive-thru says, “Come on, I have a line” as I’m gathering my money to pay. Yet, he never told me my total after I ordered. When I got to the window to pick up my food, he didn’t even have my drink ready so why am I being rushed because he’s behind in drive-thru? Yet, I waited at the window for my food for a least five minutes. He said I should have my money ready but he didn’t even have my order ready? 🤨 And how can I my money ready when you don’t tell me the total? Rude and unacceptable behavior. If you want me to have my money ready then give me my total after I order. Don’t wait until I get to the window where you should have my order ready but don’t. I waited more than five minutes for him to serve my food. When I explained the situation, he claimed he told me my total. I know for a fact he did not because after I ordered I purposely waited for the total and he said, “Are you finished?” Those are the only words he said to me after I ordered. Read moreTerrible customer service. Joe is a Grade A knucklehead. He argued with me about the order I placed...said I didn't tell him I wanted to exclude something on my sandwich when I ordered. When I told him how I wanted my sandwich, I also ordered wings and told him blue cheese dressing. Not by surprise, he clearly wasn't listening to me in the first place, like I told him about the sandwich he argued over. Then he proceeded to chase me out of the store and ask me to come back in while i'm clearly injured with a brace on my ankle because he accidentally gave me someone's rice immediately after looking in my bag. Bravo, Joe! Lose a customer(actually a bunch of customer's since my entire office's lunch is typically ordered from one place) simply out of sheer ignorance, lack of consideration, a few pieces of onion, and rice I didn't ask for. Might I do you a small favor, unkind sir, give a little customer service advice... start your interaction with your eyes and ears open, and your mouth closed or get a job where you don't need the simplest of people skills.
