My company was contracted to provide work for them last year for an event and never received payment. I have made multiple attempts to contact through calls, emails and even text messages to the director who hired us for the event.

This is pretty bad when you get hired for an event and also have to have others members of my team there to work and not get paid. Completely ignoring all attempts of communication is just disgraceful.
