Most of the reviews for this hotel is a lie and that’s on every site that advertises them. I included pictures and the room I stayed in so you know it’s the truth:
The room reeked of cigarette smoke The toilet was covered in dead skin cells as if someone dirty bare bottomed it 5 minute before. The sink was encrusted in some type of black gunk. No mater how many times I tried to rinse it off I couldn’t (a couple hairs even fell out as you see in the pictures) They didn’t even bother to sweep the room, much less mop it, there was brown debris and dirt all over the floor as if people were walking in the dirt and then walking in the room. The showers was gross and had black mold growing everywhere particularly on the curtains (check pictures) The picture with the dirty tissue paper is what it looked like after I wiped the headboard. Every. Single. Part. of the sheets on the bed were stained with yellow (likely piss), black (smoke/dirty feet/etc.), and oil stains (clearly from people eating food in the bed). (check pictures) 8.The bacteria buildup behind the toilet was appalling and disgusting. Last but not least, the a/c unit. It should be ILLEGAL to subject paying guests to air quality that can make them sick due. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The dirt/dust was caked on onto the a/c so bad that it was creating its own ecosystem. I don’t even want to think about what’s crawling in it either. G-d forbid someone has asthma or an oxygen tank and checks in here.
We checked into this place at around 12:30am after enjoying a day at Epic Universe and left by 1:54am. We were EXHAUSTED and decided that it would be better to make the 3 HOUR DRIVE back home than to lay our heads in this place. The minutes we walked downstairs, two police officers immediately drove up to us and asked if we were the ones who called 911 “this time”…..Yea… the area was clearly one frequented by drug addicts, because they were outside and on the road, so who knows what they do in the rooms. Do NOT stay here.
Edit: Dear Owner, Instead of replying with fake concern underneath my comment, why don’t you reply to the direct messages we sent you and give us our money back! We stayed her for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes due to the state of the room you...
Read moreThis “hotel” which was really a motel was THE MOST HORRIBLE place I’ve ever stayed at.
After driving over 8 hours coming from north, my daughter and I were tired and ready to rest. Unfortunately, the room that we were going to be put in, Room 309 had to be switched to room 102 because room 309 had spiders and webs inside due to the huge gap or space under the door for insects to enter. The room smelled like mildew.
Room 102 had fire ants in the bathroom; the shower head had caked-up scum on it and there was no water to take a shower. I had to go out to purchase cleaning products to sanitize the room. This room also had space under the door high enough for insects, field mice or snakes to enter the room. Their remedy was for me to put one of their towels on the floor at the door so creatures would not enter. We did not stay over night because we were too scared something would crawl on us. I requested a refund. We left before we can try the breakfast food which we had no desire to try because of the uncleanliness of the rooms. My daughter and I slept in my vehicle. This was safer than staying at Baymont by Wyndham.
The night time front desk person was very rude and did not want to refund my first night. Although I had pictures and videos, he denied how horrible the “hotel” is.
The “hotel” looked depressing—inside and outside. It did not look like the picture online. The rooms were not worth the amount requested. We felt...
Read moreAll these other reviews being left seem dishonest. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. First off, the hotel is located directly across from an adult rehab center, which unfortunately means the area is constantly active with individuals struggling with addiction. During my stay, I saw multiple people who appeared to be under the influence wandering around the parking lot at all hours. It did not feel safe at all.
Even worse, it seemed like some of the rooms were being used as long-term housing by FEMA or other government-supported guests, and there was frequent drug use happening right outside. I witnessed people openly smoking substances on the property, with no intervention from staff or management.
The room itself was disgusting—sticky floors, a grimy bathroom, and bedsheets that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. It was uncomfortable and felt completely unsanitary.
And as for security? If you can call it that. The so-called security guards looked like characters straight out of Grand Theft Auto—intimidating, unprofessional, and honestly added to the feeling of unease instead of helping it.
If you’re considering staying here—don’t. This place is unsafe, unclean, and completely mismanaged. Spend your money somewhere that values guest safety and...
