Well maintained, in the Oro Valley section. Other parts need lots of work. Oro Valley enjoys pocket parks and Loop access to local businesses, while the rest of the OvlV/Tucson/Mariana consortium gets the shaft.
It really is beautifully maintained, though. The further south you go, the worse it gets.
