In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Oro Valley

Great burgers, but fries are typically a little dry and not quite as good as many other chains.

The burgers are definitely the Star here.

Skip the never-ending drive thru line and go inside to speed up your order by eating in or taking away.

If you've never been, it's burgers or nothing as the menu is limited to burgers only and no extras outside of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles (standard on all burgers) meaning a single or a double.

They pretty much do one thing, which is probably why their burgers are so good.

Surprisingly, if you are on a diet and looking for a fast filling meal, a double-double is about 600 calories and should satisfy most people even if you skip the fries.

Also, their prices are extremely reasonable. Especially as most other chains have increased thei prices the last few years.

Definitely great burgers and great value...

First off, the Marketplace location is really attractive. There's more than enough parking. A larger than average facility, well laid out with ample shaded outdoor seating as well as a good sized dining room inside. The Catalina Mountains are very close by to the east and there's an unobstructed view. And to the west is the desert, mostly unscathed by development.

And of course it is an In-N-Out. So very fast and super courteous service. Customer SAT is the number one goal. Burgers made to order that make me wonder why I would ever go elsewhere.

Make a point of coming here. It appears out of the way (well it is, which is a big plus IMO!) but is actually quite easy to get to.

Quick update on 6/23/25: there is construction going on both sides and all around the approach on the access road road. A dusty mess. The attractive desert setting...

I ordered 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries there. By the time I got home and checked my bag I only got 1 of the burgers and the 2 orders of fries. I like about 20 to 25 minutes away. I had to go back but before that I called there customer service line to tell them about the issue and the girl that answered said I couldn’t get my ordered fixed. And then I asked her if I went back with the food I did receive if they could fix it and remake it since it was no longer hot and fresh and it was there mistake not mine and she said no. Like really if they make a mistake like this at McDonald’s they would fix the problem so fast and happy. I thought in n out was supposed to be a better corporate. But no they are the worths. My experience was awful and I will continue to tell everyone I know about it since they denied me the help I need for...
