Overland Community Center — Attraction in Overland

We’ve lived in overland for 30 years and my 2 daughters thought it’d b a good idea today to try out the community center bc they’ve never been. They went to city hall, paid a fee n left for the center. When they arrived, the front desk acted as if my daughters had no right to b there. They were rude, unwelcoming, unapproachable n poorly ran even giving my oldest daughter a 3 minute belittling lecture before giving my her the basketball that she paid for…..my daughters, 16 n 20 yrs old, left feeling belittled n mostly disappointed. I was so over the moon, 2 ladies saw that I have mobility issues and were so kind to let me go ahead of them. Thank you to the couple in front of me that they said they would pray for me. I pray that the lady has blessed results with her heart procedure. FINALLY was able to get my address and CITY corrected for voting. Friendly staff and patrons. I work out at 6am as soon as they open, they are so nice the open at 5am for me to get a longer, better workout. Its clean, safe i only wish they had more treadmills. Otherwise its very affordable and worth every penny. Its better than club fitness and most other 10.00 a mont clubs. I only miss the 24 hour access like other gyms. But well worth...
