Great hardware store here in Overland. The guys here are always super friendly and laid back, cool to talk to, and always willing to help you with anything you may need. Unlike the big box stores that hire kids that have no idea what they are talking about, here you will get real assistance and respect from someone that knows and cares about your task/concern. Most importantly, they do various fine jobs such as repairing screens, and they are knowledgeable about and carry certain older style things and parts found in the local homes around this area that big box stores typically don't carry or know about. Once again can't state enough how chill these guys are, and how willing they are to help you with specific things from these 1950's houses or pretty much any project you may have. I had to write this review after the service I got here. I had a lawn mower that worked perfectly (won't mention the name brand) except the WHEELS kept falling off. $300 machine and they can't design it so the wheels stay on! Even though still under warranty,I didn't want the company to slap the same faulty wheels back on to "fix it". Plus paying shipping and handling and having to wait weeks for it to come back. All the while being ticketed for too high of grass..... So I brought it to overland hardware and THEY fixed the wheels for me. Problem finally solved! WAS a loyal customer for 15+ years until how I was treated on this last Friday stopped in to buy a couple of bolts for my sons dirtbike and was ran out by one of the owners with the lights being turned off also had to buy what was in my hands in the Isle. When using my cell phone light to get my money out and so the employee could write the receip I set my sons battery down to his 4wheeler on the shelf completely forgot because I was being pushed out the store and made it where I had to go buy him a battery because we were goin out of town to our property..
