Lake Hemet Forest Service Picnic Area — Attraction in Palm Springs

The free side of lake Hemet is nice. Shaded picnic tables available for lunch. The bathrooms were horrible. Hovering is a must. They did have toilet paper but the smell and cleanliness leave much to be desired. Visitors should also aim or remain seated for the entire performance so, not entirely the parks fault. Lake Fulmor is beautiful right now. Wear mosquito repellent because there are lots and lots of the pesky critters here. I love the walk around the lake, and you can bring you fur baby for a walk here, too. There are lots of bbq/table spots here under the shade of the trees.
