The pools are big and very safe for the little ones, enough green area for everyone, staff is respectful, and very nice to all. Pizza is tasty and hot when it is served, bathrooms and showers clean and with hot water. We did my daughter birthday 🎂 and it was great. Sadly, no electricity can be used even though the gazebos have electricity outlets, so bring a manual pump for your balloons... overall great atmosphere and good staffing, a lot of lifesavers made our day more relaxed. I'm definitely going back... When reserving for an event, don't expect everything exactly like the contract indicated. Changes may occur without notice, and no coolers with ice allowed only personal, very small ones. Big gazebo is more than 50 footsteps away from pool, you will not be able to see your kids clearly, better the small near the kids pool and few feets away from the big, perfect to check your little ones and big ones too. No food allowed, so if you have children with a special diet, bring them something that you can leave in your car. The cafeteria area doesn't have anything healthy. Inflatables are allowed for kids and adults, too. The price of the gazebo includes entrance for 12 kids and 5 adults, pizza or hot dogs, and a drink. Water bottles are big, and entire cans are served. It's...
Read moreI really love that pool. Went there for the very first time one summer ago with my sister and friend, and I really had a great time. That pool was amazing! They seem more interested in talking to each other, scrolling through their phones, or sunbathing than actually watching the pool.
I saw multiple kids roughhousing in the deep end and not once did any of the guards step in. At one point, a child was clearly struggling and it took way too long for anyone to even notice. It’s extremely unsettling when the people responsible for safety act like they don’t care.
Until the staff gets better training—or at the very least starts taking their jobs seriously—I won’t be returning. Safety should never...
