Throw down a blanket ( keep a spare at the ready in case it's cold), pop that wine, taste some cheese, enjoy the sunset and then announce that you're at Honeymoon Cove and that y'all's relationship is more important than a honeymoon phase; you want that REAL relationship that's about to start. So you toast to the 'sunset of your old ways', commit to the 'sunrise of the new relationship', chow down on that brie and then BAM - y'all are BACK and all his/her friends...
Read moreThis was a beautiful view! It was raining most of the day, so we couldn’t see that far, but the sound of the sea hitting the rocks was very calming! This would be a great place to view the sunset! There is a rock bench at the far north of the field that you can sit on, but it will most likely be taken by someone else. There were a few people there even with the weather, so more than likely it would be a bit busy during good weather. Just park on the street, but be advised you are in a residential neighborhood so be respectful of residents. You can see the Michael Hunsaker house from Lethal Weapon (the scene where Riggs unloads on the helicopter over the ocean)on the south...
