I'm not really i would call this a park. technically it's part of the Palos Verdes Estates Parkland (supposedly sacrosanct from sale, but google "R.O.B.E. Palos Verdes Estates" and you may find a bit differently. At any rate, this is just a tiny piece of land, more of a neighborhood get your lawn chair out and a bottle of wine and enjoy the view.
