I fell in Love with the Family and their products last year. Ale and Stefano were kind enough to host me for two weeks, so I could learn what goes into their salumi. My favorite product is their spicy salami (piccante)! They also have a variety of fresh meats, sausages and much more that are phenomenal. All the ingredients are super organic and are grown/raised on site with extreme love and care. I could not recommend them enough! You must stop by when in Vermont and load up on those goods. I know I did before leaving last year. I will always love their Farmily as Ale says! Thank you and buon appetito

The farm dinner was amazing!! The sheep were grazing around the house and the evening was picture perfect vermont weather. The four course meal was spectacular and prepared with such thought and detail. The cured meats were my absolute favorite, I could eat their salame, lonzino and coppa ALL DAY EVERY DAY. Their dedication as farmers to raising well cared for animals makes me proud to support them (and enjoy the delicious products!) I highly recommend their farm dinner or stopping by their adorable farm stand to purchase some of their meat!! You won’t be disappointed!!

I recently attended a farm dinner—a delicious 6 course meal in good company, served by family! Everything was delicious and the view of baby lambs from the dining room window was a highlight—but the star of the show was easily the cured meats and potato focaccia appetizer. 10 out of 10, would do again!

We just had the most amazing pasta making class with Alessandra at her farm. Not only is she a natural at teaching, but the expertise, experience, and passion she has for what she does oozes out of her. We learned about the different kinds of flour involved in making pasta, industry knowledge of chickens and eggs (including her own girls!), and regional history of different kinds of pasta. This was so amazing learn in addition to the pasta making itself, because it connected us to our food chain with more understanding and appreciation. We learned how to make 4 different pastas, first watching Alessandra's demonstration, and then getting our own hands in the dough. She made sure everyone understood each step of the way, checked in with us constantly to make sure we had no unanswered questions, and was enthusiastic about all of our successes. We got to take home all the pasta we made and it was absolutely delicious. We learned just how easy it can be to make our own, the artistic side of pasta making, and now have a new passion in the kitchen thanks to Alessandra. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to try something new or who wants to add pasta making to their list of life skills. Thank you...
