Emerald's Triangle — Attraction in Paragould

Description of your shop, glass and vape shop. The attitude of the employees is basically this is a head shop and occasionally we have to deal with vape customers in my experience.

Revision to my review. I try to hold my tongue when I have a bad experience in a business because I generally have no filter. Evidently in this case I must not have done such a great job based on the 2 paragraph response from the owner of this shop, so I will explain my rating.

You received 2 stars for the employee who was very nice and friendly. You lost a star due to some of your prices. You lost 2 stars for the employee that treated me, the customer, like I was a burden with my questions and bothered by the fact that they were dealing with me for whatever reason.

To the owner, my review is mine, as how I feel about my experience in your store. I applaud you for trying to stick up for your staff. However, I don't need a 2 paragraph smarmy response about what your business is because I've been there. Nor telling me how perfect and wonderful your store and employees are.

I would have appreciated an apology for having an issue during my visit to your shop, and I probably would have given you another shot. What you gave me was the opposite, and regardless of how you feel my review is based on what I experienced of which you obviously don't agree...

Bones was truly amazing with piercing my 8 year old's ears that her 11 year old sister went the day after that and had her ears pierced!! Neither of them have complained at all that it hurt. And he made both of them completely comfortable with it before he started! He is fantastic with children! At first I was hesitant about taking them here but if you just think about it they know more than other places and it's truly less painful and heals a lot faster with the piercing needle versus the piercing gun. I have many of their products. I enjoy the discount program. Having your vaping juice made in front of you knowing exactly what is put in it. There's always a good flavor to each mixture or if you like one flavor at a time. It's never a surprise. You do get what you ask for. There's a huge choice of products. With the Fish tanks it brings in an beautiful time consuming watch while waiting. I'll be lost by looking at the fish and miss my spot in line.
