Rainbow Shops — Attraction in Pawtucket

Sales representatives seem irritated by customer interaction. Dressing rooms are closed still so you can’t try any clothing on. Only select items have the option to be returned (within 7 days for an actual refund or within 8-40 days for in-store credit only). Sale items are final (keep in mind you cannot try them on). The two sales representatives I had interactions with (one being a manager) presented as though I was bothering them by needing to do a return. When making a return you must have the receipt and card you used, even with these 2 proofs they request you to fill out a slip providing you name, address, telephone, number ect that they will store in their computer system which seems a bit excessive and invasive with all of the data breaches we see these days. Quality is what you pay for, items are around $10 each, seams will only stand a handful of wears/ gentle washes. I am only commenting on clothing particular as I have not purchased any...

For other potential shoppers I'd give this 5 stars. However, I went for PLUS SIZE clothing. If you're not plus size disregard this. They have a decent sized selection of plus sized clothing (1x to 3x). I wasnt impressed because all of the sales racks for plus size were winter jackets and cold weather clothes. However, throughout the rest of the store they had a large sale selection for summer and spring clothes. They clearly dont cater to their plus sized...

I can't believe they keep this one open they are rude horrible people and now you can't try on stuff because the shut down the dressing room and won't clean it so now you have to buy clothes go home try them on hope they fit right if not you have to come all the way back to return them if that's the case just shut the store down because it's just...
