The facility itself is nice. The staff that were on duty were worthless. They sat in chairs and hardly monitored the kids. There were kids climbing up the slides which caused issues because it was very congested and kids were sliding down and knocking down the ones climbing up. My husband went and reported it to the staff because our daughter was knocked down a couple times. One male staff went to the wrong slide entirely. Also, there are a lot of picnic areas under pavilions. I do wish there was more individual seating. The staff is nice and the water/splash area is great for children...
