If you are looking for a camping space to experience the great outdoors in solitude, this is definitely not that place. It isn't rare for campers to come in groups and stay up late by the campfire hanging out, and you might be kept up late, because the spots are spaced pretty close together. If you are a social butterfly, you might find it enjoyable, especially if you are coming with friends and family. You definitely have the safety in numbers thing going for you. It's also right off of the interstate, so theres the obvious pros and cons of that as well. Overall, it is well ran, kept, and monitored by the forest service. It's an affordable campsite where you can rent a cabin, park your RV, and-or tent camp. It's also a...

Was my favorite camp host assignment until the new Mgr cancelled the horse camp host position & is cutting 4-5 horse camp sites to make another group camp site. Horse Camp sites for horses are getting few & far between. I'm incredibly disappointed Oregon State Parks allowed...

Not recommended for tent camping. Cabins are nice, but make sure you're not in the cabins near the entrance. They split a wall between them, and we could hear the other group the whole night. Otherwise, it's a nice site, but MUCH to close to the highway. The noise is...
