I HAD YET ANOTHER INTIMIDATING, AGGRESSIVE, ENCOUNTER WITH THE MAN IN THE BLACK LEXUS WITH A MALINOIS. My friend and I parked at the last 2 spots in a row. Every other spot was empty. He parked right next to me and opened his doors onto my car. I had to move them to get out. Once in my car, he aggressively went from one side to the other, "filming" me and threatening to put it on Nextdoor. As I was backing out, he followed, flexing, and pointing to his "muscles," telling me to "be careful out there." Meanwhile, his dog had jumped the fence and was approaching while growling at a person walking toward us on the sidewalk. I've called PPD and the animal shelter. I know others who have done the same. What has to happen before someone will do something about him?
