Great spot to park and access the trails, whether you want a route that goes north or south. Plenty of options for easy or more strenuous hikes, and access to both sides of the creek right at the bottom of the hill since theres a bridge.
There's plenty of space on the street to park so no issues even when a lot of folks are out. Seems like a safer place than most trailheads since it's in a neighborhood where people would notice if there were car break ins, unlike many other trailheads. No restrooms or portapotties nearby though.
