I would give it a better rating for the aesthetics aspect, however, it's hard to admire the full beauty of the place when people, who are most likely not locals, are so carelessly and intentionally dumping large amounts of trash in the area. You would think if you are there to enjoy the view as well as experience the calmness of the creek, you would honor the grounds and keep them clean. Although it looks public, it's technically not as it is being kept by a new set of people who adhere to keeping the inside private which is understandable; so I was very kindly recommended to take pictures from a distance. The park rangers/parking authorities need to do better jobs at making sure unauthorized parking and trash dumping are handled accordingly, otherwise, this will just be another drug infested run down forgotten trash filled site to add to Philadelphia's poor reputation instead of having a reputation for what it naturally was: beauty , serenity, and a nice part of...
