Easy to load and go when you know you're way around and understand the procedures. Lumber: It can take 1.5 hours or much more from check in to check out. Get in early and park. Office opens at 8:00 a.m. officially. They close for lunch approximately 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wear a safety vest or other dayglow/reflective attire on top. You must have a release form or load page to get your load and paperwork, no exceptions. They will receive no emails or faxes. Print your paperwork at Walmart or truck stop. Park between the lines in the designated area.

today at the port 9/13/23 this guy who works here we had an argument because I refused to move the truck without first putting at least 2 chains on each coil for safety and the guy when I moved my truck stayed next to the trailer and he didn't move when I tried to move the truck when I took this photo he moved but after that he told his supervisor that I called him (racist insults because of the color of his skin) which is a LIE. This guy tried to victimize himself by telling lies because he had no arguments to prove him right.

extremely rude guy in the guard shack. Swearing for no reason and bitching about needing a safety vest on bernie you even arrive. Then it’s a $100 escort fee for them to “lead you/guide you across 200yds of open parking lot. Arrived at 1115, checked in and in line by 1130 just to be told they’ll load us (4 trucks in line) AFTER LUNCH and they left until 1300.

You want A day with PROBLEMS come here to tioga marine terminal. Definitely you will have problems so ask for at least one $500 extra for the day you’ll spend here. To all overseas costumers that are using this port try avoiding it and find another way of transporting your goods. Your staff is going to be damaging from the frustration that the port staff is Causing. Human rights: truck drivers are treated on the lowest human level of your are supporter on human rights you should come and protest in front of this company they don’t have any feelings towards trucks drivers that are coming here to load or unload. If you do busses with tioga you support the inhumanity. We can make the world a better place when we work with better companies and we create a better working atmosphere SAY...

I had a very frustrating experience with one of the shunter drivers, and his actions directly caused my load to be cancelled. Instead of working to resolve the situation, he escalated it unnecessarily, showing a complete lack of professionalism and teamwork.

On top of that, his driving skills leave a lot to be desired. Despite having acres of wide-open yard space, he insists on making slow, unnecessary 90-degree backups, wasting everyone’s time and blocking access for other drivers. It’s clear he needs further training—not just in driving, but also in handling situations with basic competence and courtesy.

This kind of behavior causes major delays and creates a negative working environment for everyone involved. I hope management addresses...

I have come to this place three or four times to get loaded and every time I come to this place i always witness someone being treated very rudely in the shipping and receiving trailer, I feel bad for the foreigners that come here anyone with a slightly different accent or a language barrier gets made fun of and treated in a very rudely manner, this people working here are very unprofessional I wish whoever manages this would secretly record these people in the counters especially the oldest gentleman at the end of the last window were you check out, he’s absolutely the rudest person in there and it’s so disrespectful to the drivers that come in. Aside from that, escorts are very helpful and you get loaded fairly quickly by the...
