Soooooo, they have a special $34.99 unlimited crab legs I’ve had the pleasure of patronizing this establishment twice. It’s cash only when paying for the unlimited crab legs, they have an ATM inside & you also can pay using tap only for drinks and food! The first time we went I got the unlimited seafood w/ a mini corn on the cob, two small red potatoes and my bf got the smash burger which was a 10/10 and two orders of their Cajun fries which was a 10/10 as well. When I got my refill on my seafood it only came with the crab legs, I wasn’t aware that you only get potatoes and corn with your first bowl and I also had the cherry slushy which taste like medicine so I swapped it out for a henny mixed drink 😵💫 So the second go around I went with my friends for one of their birthdays and the experience was totally different this time! It’s not $35 anymore, it’s now $45.00 that includes taxes and gratuity. When I asked why was the price different then when I came in July vs now & the guy simply said “We don’t really see any money from the seafood, ppl come just for that, they don’t tip nor buy drinks so we had to switch some stuff up!” (Price on their page still says $35, I mean 45 is reasonable too but state that on your page) 😶🌫️ Anyway we all got our first bowl with 2 clusters, corn on the cob & two potatoes. When we requested a refill they brought over a bowl with four clusters in it and sat it in the middle of the table for all three of us to share 🤨 mind you we all paid before we even got our food. We weren’t going for it especially since it was our friend’s bday so we let her have that bowl to herself and simply asked for our own refill!! I got the blueberry slushy this time and they had the passion fruit they were pretty good 7/10 the delivery driver found out it was my friend’s bday and brought us out all shots of Henny! Our actual waitress/bartender wasn’t welcoming at all, her body language and facial expressions said displayed the most! My second and last time at this...
Read moreYesterday I met my mom and aunt and The Crazy Leprechaun. When I arrived I sat down at the bar with my family. The bartender was a young female with dark black hair. I was sitting there for 20 mins waiting for her to take my order. During the time I was waiting I watched her poor water and make multiple drinks for guest. She walked up and down the bar several times and never addressed me. I even watched her greet other guest as they came in. Never said a word to me. After awhile I asked my aunt to have one of her crab legs because I was hungry. It was at that moment the girl behind the bar came to me with a very nasty attitude and said “you can’t share crab legs you need to order your own” my response to her was “I didn’t come here to share crab legs. You never came to take my order and I’ve been sitting here hungry this entire time waiting”. She then replies “do you want to order your own or not?” I said no and requested to speak with a manager. I heard her get on the phone with someone and lie saying “she wants to speak with a manager because I told her she couldn’t share crab legs.” That was the furthest thing from the truth. I wanted to speak with management because she was extremely rude and lacks customer service. I have no clue how or why she was hired with an attitude like that. However, with 18% gratuity automatically included in the bill I’m not too surprised.regardless of how she handles guest she gets paid regardless. A guy who stated he was the kitchen manager came out, took my complaint, said he was going outside to speak with the owner and never returned. This wasn’t my first time here however that will likely be my last. Would’ve given zero stars if I could’ve. I would highly recommend she takes a customer service...
Read moreI had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at this restaurant. Our server — a woman with blonde highlights — was not welcoming, friendly, or inviting. She lacked every characteristic a server should have. Instead, she was rude, aggressive, and flat-out disrespectful from the moment we walked in.
To make matters worse, she threatened to call the police over absolutely nothing — which felt like a racial intimidation tactic. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I drove over 40 minutes to try this place because a friend suggested it, but I deeply regret it.
Several other customers who had dined there before even warned us that she’s “always like that,” which says a lot about the culture being tolerated at this restaurant. I normally dine in King of Prussia, Manayunk, or Conshohocken — places where customer service still exists.
If you value being treated with respect, don’t come here.
Your response only confirms the experience I had unprofessional, defensive, and lacking any sense of accountability. Instead of addressing a paying customer’s concern with grace, you chose sarcasm and deflection. That speaks volumes.
I stand by my review and the way I was treated from the moment I walked in. Thankfully, I’ve moved on and am enjoying myself in an establishment where kindness, professionalism, and respect are the standard not the exception.
Wishing you growth....
