I'm stuck in the middle on this one. If you value your childs life like I do then I'd probably skip the rides, BUT and this is a weird one, I like the nostalgia that comes with seeing these types of rides. It's like the old days when safety ranked way way lower on the checklist and it was more about throwing your kid on the ride to shut'em up. The ride operator takes your ticket and locks your kid on the ride for hopefully not the last of their life. As the operator sits down, he takes the cigarette from behind his ear and lights it up while your child spins around on a ride that creaks and wobbles a bit.
