Now is the best time to enjoy the treasures of our desert in Phoenix! I had not visited the Botanical Garden daytime in over a decade so this was a special treat. They've embellished it, added sculptures, colorful artworks and added a restaurant "Gertrude" and a cafe on site. There are plenty of water fountains and restrooms along the trails too. I loved the butterflies exhibit adorned with its many vibrant creeping flower beds. The beautiful butterflies were too busy flying from petals to petals to notice our human presence🦋🦋🌾🌺. After visiting the garden, l went to their plant sale by the parking lot. They have outstanding prices and a huge inventory. I got an agave plant to add to my own collection. Next l might start making my own blue agave tequila😉, Salud!

Definitely worth going, especially if it’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month and it’s Free to enter after12:00! We were there for a couple hours before sunset, went off, had dinner and returned for the Electric Desert portion...it was very interesting during the day...it was magical, dramatic and so well done at night! Loved how the different sections were lit up and synced to the different musical selections in different sections. The mountain looked spellbinding and the music told a total story! Fantastic! Loved the psychedelic garden! They should build a specific platform for photos of the sunset though!

Great selection of desert plants . A bit over priced. The upkeep of the garden needs to improve. The aesthetics are a bit spoilt by clutter or Debris found in some places in the park. The sprinkler water irrigation was also not regulated thereby the water spoiling walkways. Can be maintained couple of notches better compared to American...
