I usually visit this park to play basketball in the afternoons. The lights turn on at 7:30pm so be wary of the fact that as winter gets closer and sundowns happen earlier, there might not be much light to work with until then, hopefully the change the timers. The play area for kids is well kept and there's not ever that much trash laying about, they keep with the trash cans through City of Phoenix. In fact, back during covid, my sister and I tried to visit and got kicked out for sitting of one of the tables. It was hilarious in a ridiculous way, but they are making slow and steady improvements. There also seems to be an afterschool boys and girls club located in the south side of the park. I've never been inside, so I can't speak of what's inside. The park does not provide public restrooms or toilets, unfortunately, the closest toilet is over at Circle K.
