Outstanding service! I bought a dining table set at the Del Sol store down at 32st Street. Decided to pick up myself same day, since it was going to take a while to be delivered. Stopped right after at the distribution center and picked up; went home and immediately started to assemble. As I was assembling the table when I notice it had damage. I called the sales representative at the store and he gave me the number to customer service,I proceeded to call right away. They asked for pictures and I sent them in. About an HR or 2 into it I called to check the status. They immediately let me exchange it for another one (exactly the same). Process went as smooth as can be. I bought a mattress topper back in September and waited a couple of months to write this review. I contacted Marisela Machuca from Customer Service and was asking questions about a topper. Although she wasn't a sale representative, she still took time and assisted me to buy the BEST topper ever. I needed a topper for the very firm beds at the dorms, and this topper she recommended felt like it was a whole new bed. I want to thank her for helping me out and staying in touch! I recently made a purchase. I bought a loft bed/w desk for my daughter. I asked for it to be delivered. The delivery guys were very professional. They were their between the time frame they had given me. I was amazed at how quickly they assembled the bed. I am so glad they put it together because there was a lot of pieces. I would have been so frustrated trying to assemble it myself. It would have probably taken me hours. Great job delivery department! Keep up...
