Beautiful store but it was a waste of money. We bought a $100 mining bucket. We did not get our money's worth. We went down the road to another mining area and got the same amount of crystals and stones in a $20 bucket. Plus we were told by the owner that we got a large piece of agate in our overpriced bucket and asked if she could cut it for us, which she did for a $10 fee. No problem. We didn't mind paying that.... Had it actually been agate... It was literally just a stone. We had the other shop owner of the better store look at it (we didn't tell him about where it came from, we just asked him what he thought it was) and he agreed that it was just a plain rock. She shouldn't have even put it in her mining bucket or better yet when she realized it was just a plain rock she shouldn't have charged us for cutting it. We were very happy when we left but that was because we didn't know that there was another place right down the road at a much better value. If the buckets are determined by weight and we paid extra to have our "agate" cut then we should have been refunded for having it cut after she realized it was just...

First, Congratulations on your Grand Opening! My husband and I stopped here one night on our way back from downtown Gatlinburg! What a neat place! The rocks and gems are absolutely stunning. The art they create is amazing and out of this world. They have peaked my interest into learning more about how rocks can be healing. I look forward into following them more on their website and social media. Also, we did the gem mining ($45 bucket) and it was so cool to see all the beautiful rocks and gems we found! My only little suggestion is that they should have a "free little treasure" box to trade in the pirate booty that may come up when you are mining. Just a little fun suggestion! Otherwise, I highly recommend that you stop and enjoy the serene atmosphere that Agnes and Riley and her staff have created. By the way, amazing customer service as well. We were cheerfully greeted as soon as we entered! She even took a few minutes to get to know us. Keep up the GREAT work you are doing and hope to visit with you all again next time...

I’m making this review super duper late, but my family and I passed this shop on the way to get some coffee on Christmas Day. I’m so glad I convinced everyone in the car to make a quick stop (we ended up staying like 2 hours😂) after coffee. The variety of gems and minerals is amazing, and the owners are VERY knowledgeable and so happy to help. Prices are also very reasonable! Aside from their gem/mineral selection, they have an indoor “gem mine” where you can pan for cool stuff! We chose the $200 bucket, and got to take home SO much cool stuff. Not to mention, panning everything was super fun and we got an in depth description of everything we found!! This is a spot I will definitely be coming back to whenever I’m in town again, great service, awesome variety, and awesome fun for kids (and adults). This made our Christmas!! Thank you Agnes...

LOVE this place. Wanted to find something away from parkway and the normal attractions. This was the perfect spot. Agnes herself was absolutely sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. She answered about a thousand questions from us, showed us other options in things we liked but didn't see exactly what we wanted. Prices were awesome. We did not do the gem mining, we chose to purchase things instead. We came back a second day for more goodies. Her new worker is a sweetheart. (Let her know to switch up some of her greeting phrases, some ppl came in after us the second day and didn't seem to care about what she was saying. Not her fault, she was being welcoming and sweet) I would very much drive out of state just to go to her shop again, they also have a Facebook where Agnes will PERSONALLY help you. GO here if you want a peaceful, comfortable experience.
