I was recommended by my long time mechanic so I thought I was in good hands. Unfortunately, the service from JR is nothing that I would recommend. I brought my car in for radio and remote start issues and he replaced my remote start and ordered the amplifier he said was needed and was going to charge me $400 for an amplifier and $200 for service. I ended up getting the amplifier for $100 elsewhere. When I picked up my car after the remote start was replaced, he did not tell me that he removed my existing amplifier and the bracket over it. He kept my amplifier and said nothing. After I saw that I took my car to a different place. Beware...
