While I do like the CSA and the products mostly, I chose to do a weekly subscription, foolishly thinking that weekly meant you can skip some weeks. I needed to skip two weeks in particular because I couldn't pick up. I reached out a month in advance nearly through 4 different channels and can barely get a response. It's annoying because there's no hesitation for the money to come out of my account but I can't even get a response and when I did it was, "do you have someone else who can pick up for you?"
