The afternoon tea was such a disappointing experience. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

We were a party three (and paid $177) but were only permitted to order 1 pot/flavor of tea for the whole table. Just ONE! The reason? Because "more than one teapot on the table won't look nice." I'm sorry but...what!? I've gone to numerous afternoon teas and we've always been able to order our own flavors of tea.

Once our tea finally came out the waitres accidentally spilled quite a bit of it on the table. The tea soaked into the table cloth about the size of a dinner plate. She never offered to change the table cloth or hell, even cover the stain with a napkin. Needless to say, we finished our small pot of tea and were never offered a refill.

As for the food, the bread and crackers were stale. The desserts tasted store bought. We asked the waitress to take our picture when the food arrived and she said she would....but later. Once we were done eating the waitress finally came back to take our picture, to which we declined.

My son's apple cidar did not arrive by the time we began to eat. My husband had to go inside to ask them for it. They finally brought it out but by then we were nearly done with our food.

The area is beautiful but the service was such a disappointment and the food quality was just not there. Such a terrible experience from...

We held our wedding at Elliston Vineyards in June 2025. The venue is beautiful and well-maintained. There’s a timeless charm to the historic mansion, the vineyard, and the mountain views that made our day feel truly magical.

On wedding day, we had full access to the mansion on site - my wife and her bridesmaids got ready in the bridal suite, while I hung out with my groomsmen on the first floor, playing pool and gathering in the library.

The courtyard where we held our ceremony was stunning, with the vineyard on one side and mountains in the distance. The deck for the reception was equally beautiful.

The staff we interacted with were all attentive, respectful, and efficient. They made sure the entire day ran smoothly, and we felt so taken care of.

We also had the pleasure of working with Weddings with Athena, our wedding planner and coordinator, who we met through Elliston. She was key in making our day run smoothly.

Elliston Vineyards will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re so grateful we got to celebrate our...

I came here over a year ago and everything was great. I just recently came back and was very disappointed. I had made an online reservation several days before, and on the day of, I tried calling them to ask them if I could push it back an hour. I called 6x with no answer (and left a voicemail), all during business hours. When we did arrive, the place was empty but the staff still took forever to wait on us , even seemed slightly annoyed we were there. The tables were also very dusty from being outside but they didn’t bother to clean it.

What was worse was that the wine they gave us had clearly come from bottles that were opened at least a couple days ago and they were much warmer than they should have been. The snacks included saltines and American cheese. All in all, what we paid for wasn’t a wine tasting (they just dropped off a flight of wines), and the service was bad. It’s a shame bc the grounds are beautiful and my previous...

Came here at noon on Saturday for a wine tasting without reservations, but they were able to seat us quickly. It was a bit empty when we first arrived but a few parties came soon after for tea. We got the wine flight for $30 each, which had a rose, a white, and two red wines. All the wines were a decent amount and we enjoyed drinking them all. We also ordered a charcuterie board (cheese, nuts, crackers, bread, jams, grapes, cherry tomatoes, olives) for $22, which we quickly demolished. The cheeses might not have been unique but they were still delicious. Service included a sweet lady who was pretty quick to give us our order and checked in as needed, but mostly gave us space to enjoy ourselves. One thing to note is that our party of two already had a 20% gratuity added on, which we weren’t aware of previously. So just look for that on your bill before you might add more tip onto it.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a celebration at this winery, and it was an unforgettable experience. The organizers went above and beyond to ensure that all of our preferences were taken into account. From the beautifully arranged venue to the exquisite selection of wines, every detail was meticulously planned. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcomed and special throughout the event. The ambiance of the winery, with its stunning views and charming decor, created the perfect setting for our celebration. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a memorable event. Special thanks Balal Athena.

We had a wonderful time at Elliston Vineyards! We ordered the tea service for six and chose some large wicker couches to sit on the terrace. The weather and views were impeccable. The savory and sweet options were perfect for the size of the group. We were told the pastries were baked in-house. We were given the choice to pick one type of tea, and Tammy our server made sure to keep the pot full for the two hours we spent. We also ordered a peach sparkling wine that ended the meal nicely. Afterwards, we toured the lovely grounds and met the baby and adult ostriches. It was such a wonderful afternoon with friends!
