I was in here the other day, and I felt two of the older women who worked that day were being extremely rude to me. I had gone in at four on a Saturday, but I hadn't known the library closed at that time. A lady with red hair had acted very passive aggressive towards me, saying "I'm going to go make sure the doors going to do what it's supposed to do at four." But again I didn't know they closed at four. I feel they could have told me they were closing rather than acting that way towards me. After I was finishing up putting a hold on a hotspot, I was about to say thank you to the other woman helping me, but she had said you're welcome to me first. Like she thought I wasn't going to. This also hasn't been the first time the older lady with long grayish hair, with glasses has been rude. Everytime I have gone in there she's been very short with me, and just seems very passive aggressive. She seems to have an agism issue. Read moreI was skipped over in line because the employee was having difficulties working the computer and chose to help the next person in line because it was taking too long despite them saying it was fine and that they were in no rush. I feel as if my time was considered to be of lesser value than the employee and patrons. This experience left me feeling frustrated and very disrespected.
