Chuck. Captain Nico here. I was not the captain the night you went on your lovely cruise however I am sure the captain that filled my place was professional and tried everything to make sure all the guests had a wonderful time.

I am sorry the experience was not so pleasant for you. We aim to please all of our customers but we all know, some customers are harder to please then others.

We offer a great value for a three hour dinner cruise to fit everyone’s budget. The food is not from sams club or Walmart. We have a professional service that delivers all of our food to the boat. Sorry it was not to your liking. The food is quality and it takes the crew hours to prepare it.

As to our boat. We understand that it is not a 10 million dollar yacht..... but hey, if it was, you would be paying $500 for the 3 hour dinner cruise and The hotel you stay at would not be able to offer the cruise to its guests at that price. Our vessel is sea worthy. I know this because the coast guard inspects us and they say so... I also know this because I am the captain and I would not put myself, my crew or my guests at risk. She is a wonderful boat.

With that being said, I apologize your cruise wasn’t as delightful as you thought it would be. For that, I am sorry. Again, we aim to please all of our guests.

We have a wonderful crew that includes myself, captain Brian, captain Bradley, Kristen, Rose, Ashley and Jade. All of which will make sure your time is remembered for years to come.

We will always accept critism and reviews whether it is good or bad. That is how we better our business. You can always call the office if the crew or the boat is not up to your standards either. Where I have a problem Chuck, is when you come to the boat the next night and stand on the dock while our boat is docking and verbally assault all the guests, crew and captain that was on the boat. The behavior was unacceptable and I am sure you would not want that behavior at your ministry if one of your attendees didn’t like the way you were delivering your message that day. There is always the right way to do things and then there was your outrageous actions. All the guests didn’t understand why you were doing this since they just had a wonderful time on our 3 hour cruise.
