Quiet little trail. The pink pony said it goes for at least a hundred miles. We walked from the red roof inn to the 9/11 memorial. Had a deer come poppin out of the woods kinda freaked me out she kept trottin after us and the homeless are all over the memorial so be careful. This seems to be a you don't bother them they won't bother you scenario. Still a lovely walk with this dense forest on one side and the ocean stretchin out on the other

I take this trail by bike starting 10 miles east, absolutely stunning views, the best part of the Olympic trail is right here, you pass through creeks, hills, loops, its stunning and adventurous, i recommend using your ebike for a more enjoyable experience, dress in layers, once you hit the ocean there will always be wind and temperature drops immediately a few degrees, my favorite biking route in the whole world is right here! ❤️❤️❤️

Good spot for a walk or run! If you park in the lot and go across the road, there is a beautiful bridge across the river and the trail is fairly flat with just some small hills all the way to Port Angeles pier. This is a good route pushing a stroller and walking with kids, doesn't take to long to get to the water where there is a little rocky beach. If you go up the hill, it's a great workout route! Hill that just keeps going up to the rest stop (bathroom at the top) and then beside the highway for a bit before you go back into the woods. There is a pretty steep downhill and a cute little bridge over a stream then a very sharp and steep uphill after the bridge! Great training hills...
