The blonde girl, bigger build, with a tattoo on her bicep is put out even if you ask for a simple cup of coffee. She has no problem telling you how much of an inconvenience you are through her voice. Every time I have gone there she has been anything but friendly or professional. But don’t worry even if she isn’t manning the drive thru you will get to hear her talk bad about customers aloud or even better yet her personal life. Treated with disrespect and attitude. Ordered two sandwiches, No drinks. Asked to pull forward to wait for our order. Waited over 20 minutes until i had to go see what was taking so long. When I asked the person who took our order. They had no recollection of our order ever being placed. Once it was figured out that the order was placed but the sandwich’s were never made , I asked how much longer will it take to make them. Threw my drink in the trash. I asked for a chai latte made with heavy cream and sugar free vanilla and I received it with way too much heavy cream so I returned it and asked if it could be poured into a larger cup and have some water added so it’s drinkable and the barista gave me a ton of Attitude and said I should order it a different way next time.
